We are seeking a compassionate and skilled physician to join our team as a Vasectomy Specialist. This role includes performing consultations, executing no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomies, and managing follow-up care. As a critical member of our patient-focused practice, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Medical Degree: M.D. or D.O. from an accredited institution
- Licensure: Valid Oregon medical license & Oregon Medicaid Provider (or ability to obtain)
- Certifications: Current DEA registration with full prescriptive authority
- Experience: Prior vasectomy experience is strongly preferred, but not required (urology specialization not necessary)
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, specialized practice environment
Position Details:
- Schedule: Part-Time and full-time available, ideally 3+ days per week, including call coverage for your patients
- Support Team: Dedicated and skilled team of medical assistants and office staff, ensuring exceptional clinical support and high-quality patient experience.
- Specialized Training: Receive in-depth training on DrSnip’s no-needle, no-scalpel vasectomy technique
- Practice Setting: 100% outpatient care; no hospital rounds
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive fee-for-service compensation model
- Guaranteed minimum compensation during the training period and first six months of production

- Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance available at volume targets
