We’re seeking a warm, people-focused Medical Assistant who excels at patient communication and enjoys guiding patients through their visit. This role is primarily centered on direct patient interaction and education, with additional responsibility for front desk and scheduling support as part of daily clinic operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead patient education, including reviewing the vasectomy procedure, explaining risks, answering questions, and providing post-procedure guidance
  • Support patients and partners throughout their visit to ensure a calm, positive experience
  • Take patient history and vitals and help prepare patients for their consultation and procedure
  • Assist physicians during procedures when needed
  • Prepare and organize supplies and equipment, including packing, cleaning, and sterilization
  • Manage patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely charting and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C) — graduate of an accredited MA program and successful completion of an approved certification exam
  • Clinical and/or administrative experience preferred — new graduates welcome
  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and empathy
  • A team-oriented mindset and commitment to going above and beyond for patients and colleagues

Schedule Options:

  • FULL-TIME (4 x 10 hr shifts): Monday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday
  • PART-TIME (3 x 8 hr shifts): Monday, Friday, Saturday
  • PRN (10-25 hrs per week)
